Tangi-ā-taiao- The cry of the universe.
Dark blue Mobius teardrop
Aotea-kyanite
Tangi ā-taiao speaks of trinity and draws on the earth, sea and sky theme in the stone titled “Āio”. I am a part of the infinite. You are part of the infinite. He is part of the infinite. Therefore we together, equally belong to the infinite. It will serve us all well to remember our connection.
Already Ancient Aotearoa hand make all our pieces in Aotearoa NZ. No two creations are the same!
Whakapapa Tātai Arorangi (cosmology) begins from Te Kore (the nothing) extending to Te Pō (The night) Te Ao
(the day). Each of these phases represents stage of gestation as we (the physical being define our space and find substance).
The mobius is essentially a loop that has been given a twist. It is recognised by mystics as the image of a snake eating its tail. The symbol of infinity. The shape of the teardrop is associated with water. The colour, denim blue, dark and powerful. Unpretentious yet intriguing in its complexity, this mobius is a statement that proclaims one's comfort sitting in a universe of infinite complexity and connection.
